Scope

This policy applies to purchases made directly from Sabin Plastic Industries L.L.C. (“Sabin Plastic”). It covers stock materials (e.g., acrylic/polycarbonate/PVC/HDPE/nylon sheets, rods, tubes) and standard accessories. Services (tool room, injection/blow moulding, on-site installation) are excluded except as noted under Services & Workmanship.

Return Window

Returns may be requested within 3-5 calendar days of delivery/invoice date (whichever is later).
After 3-5 days, refunds/exchanges are generally not available except where required by law.

Eligibility (Stock Items)

Items must be unused, uncut, uninstalled, in the same condition received, with original protective masking/film intact, original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

Cut-to-size or custom-cut stock; custom fabricated parts; special-order colours/thicknesses/blocks;
injection/blow-moulded parts made to spec; opened adhesives/solvents/resins; any item installed or with masking removed; clearance/as-is items.

Damaged or Defective

Transit damage must be reported within 24 hours with photos (retain packaging). Manufacturing defects must be reported within 3 days with evidence and batch/lot details. Approved cases may be replaced, repaired, or refunded at Sabin Plastic’s discretion.

Exchanges

Exchanges are provided for defective/damaged items of the same SKU, subject to approval.

How to Start a Return

Email online@sabinplastic.comΒ with your order number, photos, and reason. You will receive an RMA.and return instructions/address. Deliver / Ship using a trackable service and mark the RMA on the outer carton.

Return Shipping Costs

Unless due to our error/confirmed defect, customers are responsible for return freight. Original shipping charges are non-refundable; any pre-paid return labels arranged by Sabin may be deducted from the refund.

Refunds – Method & Timing

Upon receiving and inspecting the return, we’ll notify you of approval/rejection. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Typical timelines: 3-5 business days for inspection + 5-10 business days for bank processing.

Sale & Promotional Items

Only regular-priced items are refundable. Sale/promotional/clearance items are non-refundable unless defective.

Services & Workmanship

Service fees and on-site works are non-refundable once performed. Within the agreed defects liability period, Sabin will rework/repair in line with the contract/SOW if workmanship issues are identified.
