What we build

  • Injection moulds: single/multi-cavity, family tools, precision textures, hot- or cold-runner.
  • Blow moulds: bottles & jars (50 ml–5 L), small jerry-style packs, handles, specialty parts.
  • Press tools & fixtures: cutting/forming dies, jigs, gauges and assembly fixtures.

How we work (simple, predictable)

DFM & Quotation We review your 3D/2D, resin and volumes; propose the right tool class.
Design Sign-off Gates, cooling, ejection and steel list agreed before cutting metal.
Build & Bench CNC/VMC, EDM, grinding, texture/engrave and assembly.
Trials (T0/T1) Sample parts with dimensional checks; iterate if needed.
Handover to Riyadh Tool ships with settings; first-run support provided.
Care & Service Scheduled maintenance, change inserts and repairs.

- CAD/CAM design: CNC/VMC, EDM, surface grinding, conventional machining.
- Texture/engrave updates and chemical etching options.

Preventive maintenance, change inserts (logos/ribs/bosses), gate/vent moves, alignment corrections and weld/polish repairs - without stalling your launches.
