In KSA, we combine Trading (acrylic, polycarbonate sheets and other advertising material supply) and Plastic Manufacturing (injection & blow-moulded components) to keep your programme moving. What We Do in KSA

Trading (Sheets, Rods & Rolls)

Plastic Manufacturing (Made-to-Order)

  • Injection: spacers, shims, electrical & steel-fabrication accessories, aluminium cabinet corners, façade & rolling-shutter accessories, miscellaneous components
  • Blow: bottles & jars (1–5 L), LLDPE toy balls (70/80 mm)
  • Custom & development: tooling support, pilot runs, repeat programmes
    We manufacture to order with MOQs.

Tool Room — Mould Design, Build & Maintenance

We support production with an end-to-end tool room: mould design, build, trials, changes, and maintenance.

What we do

  • Injection moulds, blow moulds and press tools
  • DFM reviews (parting line, gating, cooling, ejection, draft)
  • Post moulding treatment (electroplating, ultrasonic welding, printing, etc)
  • Engineering changes, refurbishment and life-extension of existing tools

Deliverables

  • 2D drawings & 3D files (STEP/IGES) with BOM and GA
  • Spare inserts/quick-change options where feasible

Do you offer cut-to-size or local fabrication in KSA?

No—KSA trading is full sheets/rolls only. Custom parts are produced via injection or blow moulding to drawings.

What materials do you mould?

Typically PP, HDPE, ABS, PS, PA6. Share your application if you need a different grade.

Can you plan repeat stock?

For ongoing programmes, we can plan batches against a forecast (MOQs apply).
